Harvesting and sorting is done by hand ensuring the crop does not include discolored, broken, over ripe or poor quality beans. In the high altitudes of the Bali Volcanic Region of Indonesia, 'Paradise Valley' coffee beans are cultivated and wet-processed providing a smooth, heavy-bodied cup when brewed. This well-balanced and mild gourmet Arabica bean coffee has low acidity and undertones of chocolate.
